Facility/Utility/Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Manage and optimize facility utility systems, including HVAC, Chiller, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, Dehumidifier, Refrigeration System, and Dust Collector, ensuring stable and efficient operations.
  负责管理及优化厂务公用设施系统（HVAC、冷水机、空压机、冷却塔、除湿系统、制冷系统、除尘系统），确保设备稳定高效运行。
• Monitor and maintain production environment parameters such as temperature, humidity, and air quality to meet operational and quality requirements.
  监控生产环境温湿度及空气质量，确保符合生产及品质要求。
• Develop and standardize equipment start-up/shutdown SOPs, especially for high energy consumption equipment.
  建立及优化高耗能设备的开关机标准作业程序（SOP）。
• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  制定并执行预防性保养（PM）、维修、故障排除及根本原因分析（RCA），提升设备可靠性并减少停机时间。
• Drive energy-saving initiatives, continuous improvement (CI), and cost reduction projects to improve utilities efficiency.
  推动节能、持续改善（CI）及降本增效项目，优化能源使用效率。
• Manage facility assets, coordinate with vendors/contractors, and support equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
  管理厂务设备资产，协调供应商及承包商进行安装、调试及维护工作。
• Support infrastructure and factory projects, ensuring project progress, safety, and quality compliance.
  支持厂务及工程项目，确保项目进度、安全及品质要求。

Requirements | 任职要求

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Facilities Engineering, or related disciplines.
  机械、电气、机电一体化、厂务工程或相关专业本科以上学历。
• Familiar with HVAC, Chiller, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, Dehumidification System, Refrigeration System, and Utilities Management.
  熟悉暖通空调（HVAC）、冷水机、空压机、冷却塔、除湿系统、制冷系统及厂务公用设施管理。
• Experience or knowledge in Preventive Maintenance (PM), Troubleshooting, Equipment Maintenance, and RCA.
  具备设备维护、预防性保养（PM）、故障排除及根本原因分析（RCA）经验。
• Knowledge of PLC, Automation, or Electrical Control Systems is an added advantage.
  熟悉PLC、自动化或电气控制系统者优先考虑。
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5S, and Safety Management is preferred.
  熟悉ISO9001、ISO14001、5S及安全管理体系者优先。
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  熟练使用Microsoft Office及AutoCAD等工程软件。
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  具备良好的分析能力、解决问题能力及沟通能力。
