Factory Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, purchase bills, sales invoices, and expense records.
• Handle GST invoicing, e-way bills, and basic GST compliance.
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain records of raw material purchases, stock, and finished goods.
• Track daily production expenses, material consumption, and wastage.
• Manage petty cash, bank entries, and payment records.
• Maintain attendance, salary, and labour payment records.
• Coordinate with the CA and management for GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports of purchases, sales, expenses, and outstanding balances.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, and basic accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory accounting will be preferred.
• Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
