Factory Admin Assistant / Production Support

We are looking for a reliable and organised Factory Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our meat processing factory.

This is primarily an administrative role, focusing on inventory management, order checking, data entry and preparing Delivery Orders (DOs).

During quieter periods, you will also assist the production team with meat cutting, portioning and packing.

No meat processing experience required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Admin – Main Duties

• Manage and update inventory and stock records
• Data entry using Microsoft Excel
• Check and process daily customer orders
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DOs)
• Maintain stock and production records
• Coordinate with the production team on orders and inventory

Production Support

• Assist with meat cutting, portioning and packing when required
• Prepare and pack customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area

Requirements

• Legal right to work in Singapore without employer-sponsored work pass
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in chilled/cold areas
• Willing to assist with production duties
• No meat processing experience required

Working Hours

• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour meal break)
• Sat: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off
