Factory Admin

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a large number of company vehicles, drivers, and maintenance personnel.
• Supervise vehicle scheduling, allocation, fuel consumption, servicing, repairs, and documentation.
• Monitor vehicle condition and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Apply practical automobile/technical knowledge to identify vehicle issues and assess repair requirements.
• Conduct driver interviews and practical assessments during recruitment.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, discipline, safety, and route compliance.
• Supervise the maintenance team and coordinate with workshops, mechanics, and vendors.
• Maintain records of vehicles, drivers, licenses, fitness, insurance, servicing, and related documents.
• Monitor vehicle-related expenses and support cost control and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on vehicles, drivers, maintenance, and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in factory administration, transportation, vehicle operations, or automobile-related work.
• Strong practical knowledge of automobiles, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing a large number of vehicles, drivers, and maintenance personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently conduct driver recruitment and assessment.
