Factory Analyst

Drive plant performance by analyzing production data, identifying improvement opportunities, executing TPM initiatives, optimizing asset utilization, ensuring accurate SAP transactions and product traceability, tracking KPI achievement, and delivering actionable plant performance reports to support operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, with minimum 3 years of experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Experience in Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Kaizen, or TPM.
• Strong analytical capability with Advanced Excel and SAP (PP or related modules) to analyze plant performance, including OEE, Waste, Productivity, Downtime, and other manufacturing KPIs, as well as develop dashboards and reports.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights and improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across all departments to drive operational performance and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
