About Us

The Edinburgh Natural Skincare Company is a Scottish handmade natural skincare brand, selling worldwide through our website, Amazon, and wholesale partners across South Korea, Japan, China, and Germany. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Factory Assistant to join our small, close-knit production team at our Prestonpans facility.

The Role

You'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our production floor, helping us make and pack the natural skincare products our customers love. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys working as part of a team.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Assisting with cream production on our production line, following recipes and quality standards precisely
• Weighing, mixing, and filling products accurately and consistently
• Packing and labelling finished products ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised production area
• Helping manage stock of raw materials and packaging
• Carrying out basic quality checks and flagging any issues promptly
• Supporting other general warehouse and fulfilment duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Good attention to detail, particularly when following recipes or procedures
• Comfortable on your feet and happy with physical, hands-on work
• A team player who communicates well and pitches in where needed
• Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse setting is helpful but not essential — full training provided
• An interest in natural products and skincare is a bonus
