Factory Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Factory Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely and efficient manufacturing of high-quality goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
• Assemble and package products according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality assurance and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Log production data and complete necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or shifts as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
