Factory Consultant

• Conduct comprehensive audits of factory operations, including cutting, sewing, finishing, pressing, and packing lines, to identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies.
• Evaluate production capacity, line balancing, and workflow layout, and recommend adjustments to improve throughput and reduce lead time.
• Review and benchmark quality control systems against luxury-garment and U.S. market buyer requirements; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Advise management on manpower planning, staffing structure, and skills development needed to meet production targets.
• Assess machinery, tooling, and facility conditions, and recommend upgrades or maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Support the design and rollout of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and quality functions.
• Advise on compliance with Philippine labor standards, occupational safety and health (OSH) requirements, and relevant U.S. buyer compliance codes (e.g., social compliance or factory audits).
• Guide the Production Manager and Quality Control team on data-driven monitoring output reports, defect rates, on-time delivery and recommend corrective measures.
• Prepare periodic assessment reports and improvement roadmaps for ownership/management, with measurable targets and timelines.
• Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to internal management so improvements are sustained after the engagement ends.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
