Factory Foreman

AKAA Tent is looking for an experienced Factory Foreman to supervise daily production activities and manage factory workers involved in the manufacturing of tents, car parking shades, canopies, and related structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily factory production activities.
• Allocate work to workers and monitor daily productivity.
• Coordinate fabrication, assembly, cutting, welding, and finishing activities.
• Ensure production work is completed according to drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Monitor the quality of materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with the engineering, estimation, procurement, warehouse, and project teams.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for production.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify production issues and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organization within the factory.
• Ensure workers follow company safety rules and procedures.
• Monitor worker attendance, performance, and daily work progress.
• Report production progress, material requirements, and issues to management.
• Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience as a Factory Foreman, Production Foreman, or similar role.
• Experience in tents, car parking shades, steel structures, aluminium fabrication, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Good understanding of factory production and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of materials, tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple production activities and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

UAE experience is preferred.

Candidates with hands-on experience in tent manufacturing, car parking shade fabrication, steel/aluminium structures, PVC fabrication, welding, and assembly will be preferred.
