A reputed manufacturing company is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead its plastic woven sack manufacturing operations.
Position: General Manager (Factory Operations)
Eligibility & Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the plastic industry, preferably in plastic woven sack manufacturing.
* Minimum Graduate; Mechanical Engineering graduates preferred.
* Strong knowledge of production planning, plant operations, quality control, maintenance, manpower management and cost optimization.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage factory operations independently.
* Experience in PP raffia, extrusion, weaving looms and woven sack manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
