About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage the overall operations of our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for Production, Maintenance, QA, QC, Stores, Warehouse and overall plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, GMP compliance, cost control and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall plant operations to achieve production and business targets.
• Oversee Production, Maintenance, QA, QC, Stores, Warehouse and Planning functions.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production activities and targets.
• Lead and manage operators, supervisors and departmental teams to ensure productivity and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate closely with QA & QC to maintain product quality and resolve quality-related issues.
• Oversee maintenance, preventive maintenance, utilities and equipment performance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor plant costs, manpower, wastage, productivity and operational KPIs.
• Handle critical operational issues and drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.
• Ensure overall plant safety, quality, timely production and smooth coordination between departments.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with 3+ years in a Plant Head / senior plant leadership role.
• Mandatory experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, production, maintenance, QA/QC and overall plant operations.
• Strong team leadership, people management and problem-solving skills.
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc./M.Pharm./B.Pharm. or relevant qualification.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
