Factory Helper

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, machine operators, fitters, and production staff in daily factory activities.
• Load and unload raw materials, plywood, particle boards, hardware, and finished furniture products.
• Pack finished products properly for transportation and delivery.
• Move materials between storage areas, machines, and production sections.
• Assist in cutting, drilling, assembling, and other furniture manufacturing activities under supervision.
• Support dispatch activities and arrange finished products for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the factory and work areas.
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment carefully.
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No specific educational qualification required; basic education is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials.
• Willingness to learn factory operations and work as part of a team.
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
• Previous experience in a furniture factory, carpentry unit, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: ₹14,000–₹17,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
• Accommodation provided.
• Overtime payment for eligible work beyond regular working hours.
• Weekly one-day leave as per the company schedule.

Working Hours

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Overtime may be required depending on production needs.
