Factory Helper / General Worker

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Helper / General Worker to support various day-to-day activities at our bakery and food manufacturing facility.

The candidate will assist in different basic operational activities as required, including product counting, production assistance, packing, delivery assistance and other general factory work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in counting and checking finished products.
• Assist production staff in routine manufacturing activities.
• Help with packing, sorting and arranging products.
• Assist in loading and unloading products.
• Support delivery personnel during dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the work area.
• Assist in moving and organizing raw materials and finished products.
• Perform other general factory-support duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility:

• Minimum education: Higher Secondary (HS/12th Pass) preferred.
• Candidates with basic education and willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic counting.
• Physically fit and willing to perform different types of factory-support work.
• Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
• Candidates willing to stay at the factory are preferred.
• Previous experience in a factory, bakery, food manufacturing unit, warehouse or delivery-related work will be an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
