Job Summary

Lead the complete HR function for the manufacturing plant, including HR operations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, blue-collar workforce management, factory administration, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end factory HR operations, recruitment, on boarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Handle permanent, contract, and temporary workforce planning and management.
• Ensure compliance with all labour laws, statutory regulations, audits, and inspections.
• Manage industrial relations, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and union interactions.
• Oversee factory administration, including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and facility management.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and training & development programs.
• Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports on attrition, absenteeism, recruitment, productivity, compliance, and training.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM (HR), MSW, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, including 5+ years in Factory HR leadership.
• Strong experience in industrial relations, labour law compliance, factory administration, and contract labour management.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
