Factory HR Manager

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and implement effective HR strategies to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
• Implement workforce management plans to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of all HR-related tasks and projects.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in factory HR or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, PF/ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
• A graduate degree is required for this position.
