Factory Joiner / CNC Operator

About the Role

In this position, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are built accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and assemble cavity sliding door systems
• Assist with wardrobe organiser production
• Operate CNC machinery and edgebanders
• Use hand and power tools safely and accurately
• Read and interpret basic plans and measurements
• Ensure all products meet quality standards
• Manage your workflow to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Monday – Friday

8am - 4:30pm

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven joinery experience
• Has experience operating CNC machines and edgebanders
• Is confident using hand and power tools
• Has strong time management and organisational skills
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in workmanship
