Job Title: Factory Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Factory Helper to support day-to-day production and factory operations. The candidate will assist workers and supervisors with material handling, loading/unloading, cleaning, packing, and other general factory activities while following safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist production operators and factory workers in daily activities.
• Load, unload, move, and arrange raw materials and finished goods.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and shifting finished products.
• Supply materials and components to the production area as required.
• Keep the workplace, machinery surroundings, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with basic production and assembly work as instructed.
• Follow instructions given by supervisors and senior workers.
• Handle tools and materials carefully.
• Follow factory safety rules, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Support stock counting and material movement when required.
• Perform other general factory duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th standard education preferred.
• Previous factory/manufacturing experience is an advantage but freshers can also apply.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Working Conditions

• Full-time factory position.
• Work may involve standing for extended periods and handling materials.
• Shift work may be required depending on production requirements.
• Safety shoes and other PPE must be worn as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹38,934.92 per month
