Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations

• Performs invoicing based on the picklist and allocation. Ensures accurate and timely execution.

• Reviews SOs for any errors and inaccuracies prior to invoicing

• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, and related paperwork.

• Works with transport specialists in resolving issues related to shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.

• Handle returns, claims, and delivery exceptions efficiently.

Inventory & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.

• Support inventory control processes, including stock reconciliation and reporting.

• Assist in preparing basic logistics and transportation reports.

• Ensure data accuracy in logistics systems (SAP, WMS).

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics systems (SAP, WMS).

• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.

• Exposure to Lean principles or continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
