Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Factory Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality, productivity, cost control, safety, and ensuring timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall factory operations and ensure smooth day-to-day production.

Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and business requirements.

Manage production teams, supervisors, and factory workers.

Monitor productivity, machine utilization, manpower efficiency, and production targets.

Ensure quality standards are maintained and minimize defects, rework, and wastage.

Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Design, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

Monitor raw material usage, inventory, wastage, and production costs.

Ensure proper maintenance and efficient utilization of machinery and equipment.

Implement and maintain factory safety, HSE, housekeeping, and operational procedures.

Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and continuous improvement measures.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and performance reports for management.

Ensure timely dispatch of finished products as per project and delivery requirements.

Manage workforce discipline, attendance, performance, training, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Production Manager, or Operations Manager in a manufacturing environment.

Strong experience in production planning, team management, quality control, and cost optimization.

Strong knowledge of machinery, production processes, inventory control, and factory operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production priorities.

UAE manufacturing/factory experience is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
