Factory Manager

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to quality standards, while implementing continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability to achieve production targets.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions for process enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a strong plus for effective project execution.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools to support decision-making processes.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being a significant advantage.
