- * Manage daily factory operations and production.
- * Plan production and achieve targets on time.
- * Manage workers, attendance, discipline and productivity.
- * Monitor quality, wastage and raw-material usage.
- * Oversee machinery, maintenance and breakdowns.
- * Maintain production and inventory records.
- * Ensure safety, housekeeping and smooth factory operations.
- * Coordinate with management, stores, purchase and dispatch.
- Requirements:
- * 5+ years’ experience in factory/manufacturing operations.
- * Experience managing workers and production.
- * Good knowledge of machinery and manufacturing processes.
- * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- * Hands-on, responsible and disciplined.
- * Ability to independently manage factory operations.
