What they need
Responsible for end-to-end factory operations, production planning, manpower, quality, maintenance, inventory, safety, statutory compliance and team leadership. Drive productivity, cost reduction, process improvement, MIS, ERP, operational excellence
Required Candidate profile
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 10–20 years' manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in factory leadership. Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
