Factory Manager

The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the food manufacturing facility, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, inventory control, and team performance. The role leads production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures that operational targets are consistently achieved while maintaining high standards of safety and operational compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in food manufacturing, bakery, commissary, or FMCG operations
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations
• Experience in production planning, inventory control, and warehouse management
• Familiarity with commissary equipment operations and basic maintenance is an advantage
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in labor laws, occupational safety, and food industry compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting
