Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
- Manage overall factory operations, including production, manpower, workflow and shift activities.
- Monitor machine utilisation, production efficiency and downtime and take corrective actions to minimise losses.
- Supervise production of paper/paperboard sheeting, slitting and conversion operations as per customer
- specifications.
- Control raw-material consumption, wastage, rejection and rework to improve production efficiency and reduce
- costs.
- Manage production manpower, including operators, supervisors and helpers, and ensure proper allocation
- across shifts.
