About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Factory Manager / Factory Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of five factories. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in factory operations, production management, workforce supervision and machinery.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, effective manpower utilization, machinery efficiency, quality standards and overall operational performance across all factory locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all five factories.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Manage and supervise factory staff, supervisors, operators and support teams.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity across all factories.
• Monitor machinery, equipment and production processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machinery downtime and production interruptions.
• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, wastage and overall factory performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain proper discipline, attendance and workforce management across the factories.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, sales and management teams as required.
• Prepare regular operational and production reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce wastage and control operational costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and visits to all five factory locations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machinery and factory equipment.
• Handle employee-related operational issues and maintain a productive working environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in factory management, production management or manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing multiple factories or production units will be highly preferred.
• Strong experience in staff and workforce management.
• Good knowledge of factory machinery, production equipment and maintenance processes.
• Ability to identify machinery/production issues and coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on factory environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel between multiple factory locations.
• Male candidates preferred due to the operational and site-based nature of the role.

Preferred Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on factory operations professional who is comfortable managing both people and production. Candidates with strong practical knowledge of machinery, manufacturing processes and multi-site workforce management will be preferred.
