FACTORY MANAGER

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – FACTORY MANAGER

A well-established Chemical Manufacturing Company is looking for a strong, disciplined and highly responsible Factory Manager to take complete ownership of factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day factory operations, production and workforce management.
• Plan and monitor production according to customer orders, sales requirements and delivery schedules.
• Ensure strict control over manpower, raw materials, production, wastage and finished goods.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality and proper work practices across the factory.
• Closely monitor production performance, quality, wastage, efficiency and downtime.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement and Accounts teams.
• Ensure proper utilization and safeguarding of company materials, machinery and other resources.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and timely resolution of machinery and operational issues.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping and factory discipline standards without compromise.
• Identify operational weaknesses, control unnecessary costs and implement corrective measures.
• Take immediate action on production delays, wastage, manpower issues and other operational gaps.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly factory reports covering production, stock, wastage, downtime, manpower and major issues.
• Regularly update senior management regarding factory performance, problems and corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in factory/production operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have a strong personality, firm leadership style and hands-on approach.
• Should be strict, disciplined, responsible and capable of managing a large workforce.
• Strong command over production planning, manpower control, inventory and factory discipline.
• Ability to take quick decisions and handle operational pressure.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Location:
Preferred: Candidates residing near Nazimabad, Orangi Town or nearby areas will be preferred.

Salary: Competitive salary package based on experience and capability.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
