Factory Manager

Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Textile Technology / Textile Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the spinning mill.
• Achieve production, quality, efficiency, and productivity targets.
• Plan and monitor production activities and manpower.
• Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and raw materials.
• Monitor yarn quality, waste, production efficiency, and power consumption.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, HR, and other departments.
• Ensure proper machine maintenance and reduce breakdowns and downtime.
• Control production costs and improve overall mill efficiency.
• Manage and motivate department heads, supervisors, and workers.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and proper use of PPE in the factory.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and company requirements.
• Monitor daily production and operational reports and take corrective action.
• Support internal, customer, and certification audits.
• Report overall factory performance to the Management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of spinning mill operations.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Good knowledge of production and quality control.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to achieve production targets and control costs.
• Experience in Ring Spinning / Compact Spinning will be preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
