Job Description
- Manage overall factory administration and operations.
- Monitor production activities in coordination with the Production Manager and team.
- Liaise with government officials and statutory departments.
- Foster cordial relations with local villagers and the surrounding community.
- Manage labour relations and enforce factory discipline.
- Able to handle manpower of 150 to 200 Employees
- Handle internal and external trade union representatives.
