Factory Manager

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Monitor production targets, process efficiency, and product quality.
• Coordinate with production, laboratory, warehouse, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, raw materials, machinery, and other resources.
• Monitor inventory, material movement, and production-related records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime and wastage.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and overall operational efficiency within the factory.
• Prepare regular production and operational reports for management.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned production targets and overall factory performance.

Pay: ₹32,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
