FACTORY MANAGER

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3–5 years in a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, Multi-Site Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multiple manufacturing sites or leading factory operations across geographically dispersed locations.
• Experience in plastic manufacturing is strongly preferred, particularly plastic cups, rigid plastic packaging, thermoforming, extrusion, or other relevant plastic-forming processes.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, manufacturing cost management, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Proven track record in improving production efficiency, reducing scrap and downtime, and achieving production and cost targets.
• Strong knowledge of OEE, yield, defect rate, production cost, and on-time delivery metrics.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S/5R, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/MRP systems; experience with Odoo or SAP is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Able to work from the main base in Wanaherang, Bogor.
• Willing to travel regularly to Wanaherang, Sukoharjo, and Makassar.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations across factories in Wanaherang, Sukoharjo, and Makassar.
• Ensure consistent implementation of production standards, operational procedures, quality requirements, and safety practices across all locations.
• Monitor production performance, capacity utilization, operational efficiency, and factory-level KPIs.
• Ensure production plans are aligned with sales demand, customer orders, inventory requirements, and available production capacity.
• Monitor production achievement, machine utilization, labor productivity, and production losses.
• Optimize raw material consumption and minimize scrap, rejects, and production downtime.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure production continuity and on-time delivery.
• Establish consistent quality standards for plastic cup products across all factory locations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable product safety, quality, and customer requirements.
• Control manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, energy, maintenance, and factory overhead.
• Monitor cost per unit or kilogram and analyze variances against budget and standard costs.
• Improve material yield, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Monitor machine reliability, downtime, maintenance costs, and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and production readiness.
• Lead factory managers, production managers, supervisors, and relevant operational teams across the three locations, according to the approved organizational structure.
• Establish clear performance targets, accountability, and reporting routines for each factory.
• Build a performance-driven culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Standardize SOPs, work instructions, production reports, and operational control systems across all factory locations.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S/5R, and structured problem-solving practices.
• Consolidate operational performance reports and present key findings, risks, and improvement plans to management.
