About Cultivator Natural Products Pvt. Ltd. With a legacy stretching back to 1988 and over 35 years of excellence in organic herbs, botanicals, and spices, Cultivator Natural Products Private Limited is a globally trusted name in organic wellness and integrated Ayurvedic manufacturing. Headquartered in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, we specialize in cultivating, processing, and exporting certified organic botanicals, natural hair colors (including the world’s first Fair for Life certified organic herbal hair colors), health supplements, and skincare products. Guided by our vision—"Fair for farmers, fair for nature, fair for society, and fair for consumers"—we operate state-of-the-art processing facilities driven by zero-waste, carbon-neutral, and renewable-energy principles, adhering to strict global quality, AYUSH, GMP, and international organic standards.

About the Role - Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned, disciplined Factory & Admin Manager from an Armed Forces or BSF background to take command of our herbal processing plant and administrative operations in Jodhpur. Your mission will be to bring military-grade operational rigor, security, crisis management, and team leadership to our manufacturing floor—ensuring seamless production, world-class hygiene and safety compliance, and zero-defect export readiness.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Plant Operations & Production Oversight:

  • Supervise daily herbal processing operations.
  • Ensure strict batch-to-batch consistency.
  • Optimize manpower deployment, machinery uptime, and resource utilization while aligning with our zero-waste and sustainability goals.

General Administration & Facility Management:

  • Lead all factory administration verticals, including plant security, gate control (material & visitor movement), housekeeping, transport/fleet management, canteen, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage vendor negotiations, AMC contracts, and inventory of general factory consumables.

Quality, Audit & Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure the facility remains 100% audit-ready at all times for domestic and international regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Factory Act regulations, labor laws, pollution control norms, and fire/industrial safety standards.

Security, HSE & Discipline:

  • Establish and enforce robust Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across the processing unit and warehouses.
  • Lead emergency preparedness, firefighting drills, and foolproof physical security of high-value raw herbs and finished export goods.

Manpower Leadership & Welfare:

  • Command, mentor, and motivate a diverse workforce of plant supervisors, technicians, security guards, and contract labor.
  • Maintain high morale, strict time-discipline, and harmonious industrial relations on the shop floor.

Qualifications:

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Service Background: Retired or honourably released officers/JCOs from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, or Border Security Force (BSF).
  • Experience: Minimum 8–15 years of exemplary service handling troop administration, logistics, supply chain, ordnance/base workshop operations, or garrison management. Prior post-retirement experience in a manufacturing, agro-processing, food, pharma, or FMCG plant is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Core Competencies:

  • Uncompromising integrity, discipline, and leadership under pressure.
  • Strong grasp of industrial security, labor management, and statutory compliance.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English, with working knowledge of MS Office and ERP/inventory systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior post-retirement experience in a manufacturing, agro-processing, food, pharma, or FMCG plant is an added advantage.
