Factory Manager (Garment Manufacturing)

Our client, a garment manufacturing company, is currently looking for garment Factory Manager to join their team with workplace in Pemalang, Central Java. Here are the details:

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of a new garment factory from to full operation.

• Manage factory layout, machinery installation, production lines, utilities, and operational readiness.

• Ensure coordination for Production, PPIC, IE, QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and HSE.

• Ensure achievement of production, quality, delivery, cost, and HSE targets.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, customer standards, and factory audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in garment/apparel manufacturing, including managerial experience.

• Experience in setting up a new garment factory or production facility from scratch is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of garment production, IE, quality, factory layout, manpower planning, and cost control.

• Good English skills.
