Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production and store activities to ensure smooth operations and achievement of production plans.
• Monitor manpower, material, equipment and line readiness before production starts.
• Oversee material receiving, identification, storage, issuing and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor production output, quality, stock availability and operational issues, and follow through on corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with QA/QC, Warehouse and other departments to ensure proper material and finished goods control.
• Work closely with Engineering to prepare prototypes, samples, new product builds and production line setup for audits or special requirements.
• Ensure materials and finished goods are properly verified and released before movement or handover.
• Conduct regular floor checks and ensure abnormalities, housekeeping and operational issues are followed through to closure.
• Maintain accurate production, stock and operational records, including stock take activities.
• Support improvements to SOPs, work instructions, process flow, productivity and inventory control.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Good understanding of production flow and inventory control.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on and comfortable working on the factory floor.
• Able to converse and read in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
