Factory Operative

ML Meat Supplies is looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Operative to join our production team. This is a hands-on role working across different areas of the factory, including machinery operation, packing lines, and meat preparation. Full training will be provided, and the role offers opportunities to develop skills and progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Work on packing and production lines to meet daily targets
• Assist with meat preparation and handling in line with food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the factory
• Follow all food safety, quality, and health & safety procedures
• Support the production team as required across different departments
• Complete basic production records accurately

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in food production or factory work (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to work with machinery, packing lines, and meat products
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Flexible approach and a willingness to learn

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
