Factory Operators and Technicians

We are looking for skilled and driven individuals to join our team! We are currently hiring for the following roles to support our operations at Nestlé Cabuyao Factory:

1. Raw Materials Handler

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
• Store and organize materials following inventory and safety procedures.
• Issue raw materials to production based on approved requests and schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory transactions.
• Support inventory counts, audits, and stock reconciliation activities.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within warehouse and storage areas.

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and material handling practices.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

2. Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of plant equipment and machinery.
• Conduct preventive, condition-based, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Support production operations by ensuring equipment reliability and availability.
• Perform lubrication, calibration, and maintenance checks as required.
• Assist in machine installation, repair, and improvement projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within assigned work areas.
• Report unsafe conditions and support factory safety programs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical course.
• Experience in plant mechanical maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Familiar with GMP and workplace safety practices.

3. Electrical & Instrumentation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Support PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, drives, and other process control equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities for electrical and control systems.
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, conduits, and instrumentation devices.
• Support power distribution and electrical system maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment and process data to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and system records.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of tools and work areas.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical course.
• Experience in electrical, instrumentation, or automation maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLCs, process control systems, and industrial electrical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• PRC License and/or Registered Master Electrician (RME) certification is an advantage.
