Factory Packer

About the role

Wonderzyme Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Factory Packer to join our manufacturing operations team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our production line, ensuring that products are packaged to the highest standards and ready for distribution. As a Factory Packer, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, contributing directly to product quality and customer satisfaction. This role is based on-site at our facility in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Operating packaging machinery and equipment according to established production standards and safety protocols
• Inspecting products for defects or damage before packaging to maintain quality standards
• Accurately packing products into appropriate containers, boxes or packaging materials as per specifications
• Labelling and coding packages with product information, batch numbers and expiration dates
• Stacking and arranging packaged products on pallets or in designated storage areas
• Monitoring packaging materials inventory and notifying supervisors when supplies are running low
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with factory safety standards
• Recording production data and shift reports as required by management
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Following all health, safety and environmental regulations within the workplace

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as a Factory Packer, packaging operator or in a similar manufacturing role
• Ability to work efficiently on production lines and meet daily output targets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality standards
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for standing and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for recording production data and following written instructions
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including possible overtime when required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of or willingness to learn health and safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
• Reliable attendance and punctuality record
• Physical fitness to lift and carry items up to 20 kg regularly
