Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Security Guard to maintain safety, security and proper entry control at our factory premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the main gate and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors and vehicles.
• Verify visitor details and maintain proper visitor entry records.
• Check incoming and outgoing vehicles, materials and delivery documents.
• Ensure no material, stock or company property leaves the factory without proper authorization.
• Maintain records of vehicle movement, inward and outward materials and visitor movement.
• Conduct regular rounds inside and around the factory premises.
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity immediately.
• Ensure gates, doors and restricted areas are properly secured.
• Support management in preventing theft, unauthorized entry and damage to company property.
• Check employees and contract workers as per company security procedures.
• Maintain discipline at the factory entrance and parking areas.
• Coordinate with factory supervisors during loading and unloading activities.
• Report accidents, fire hazards, security issues or unusual incidents immediately.
• Assist during emergencies and follow factory safety and emergency procedures.
• Maintain proper shift handover records before leaving duty.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a factory or warehouse.
• Physically fit and capable of working in shifts.
• Responsible, alert and disciplined.
• Basic reading and writing ability.
• Ability to maintain registers and security records.
• Good communication and observation skills.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
