Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations, supervise technicians and workers, coordinate technical activities, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of factory operations, manpower supervision, technical/maintenance activities, safety procedures, and basic reporting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of factory workers, technicians, and helpers.
• Plan and allocate daily work to employees based on workload and project requirements.
• Monitor the progress of fabrication, maintenance, installation, repair, or other technical activities.
• Ensure that work is completed on time and according to required quality standards.
• Coordinate with the management, engineers, technicians, and site teams regarding work requirements.
• Monitor the proper use and availability of tools, equipment, machinery, and materials.
• Ensure that workers follow proper HSE and safety procedures inside the factory.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned technical team for corrective action.
• Maintain daily records of manpower attendance, work progress, material usage, and completed activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the factory/workshop.
  -Monitor employee productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower.
• Train and guide workers regarding work procedures, equipment handling, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate material requirements with the store/procurement team and avoid unnecessary wastage.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of factory machinery and equipment.
• Report breakdowns, delays, safety concerns, material shortages, and other operational issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Handle urgent operational issues and provide practical solutions to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Factory Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or similar role.
• Experience in a technical services, engineering, fabrication, maintenance, or workshop environment will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of factory/workshop operations and manpower supervision.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and work instructions.
• Good knowledge of tools, machinery, and technical equipment.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
