We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
• Monitor production schedules and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate production workers and machine operators.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with production planning, stores, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements.
• Reduce production downtime, material wastage, and process inefficiencies.
• Maintain production records, attendance, and daily reports.
• Train and guide employees on production processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Factory Supervisor or Production Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety practices.
• Ability to solve shop-floor issues and make quick decisions.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, production reporting, ERP is an added advantage).

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,364.46 - ₹26,000.00 per month
