Position Overview

We are seeking a trustworthy, highly dedicated, and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee our entire factory operations located at Gohiria Square, Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will act as the core backbone of the facility—managing daily floor operations, ensuring labor discipline, maintaining safety standards, and fiercely protecting company interests through absolute loyalty and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Floor & Operations Oversight: Monitor daily production or operational workflows across the factory floor to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution.
• Manpower & Attendance Management: Supervise workers, monitor shift attendance, ensure discipline, and manage daily task allocations.
• Safety & Quality Control: Ensure that all staff adhere to factory safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and hygiene/maintenance rules.
• Asset & Inventory Protection: Keep strict watch over factory machinery, raw materials, and finished goods, preventing any wastage or loss.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs of production output, labor attendance, and operational issues, reporting directly to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 10+2 pass or graduation from any stream. Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
