We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production and timely completion of orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
• Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, contractors, and other factory staff.
• Monitor production progress and ensure work is completed as per timelines.
• Maintain quality standards for doors, modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior products.
• Check material requirements and coordinate with the purchase/store team.
• Maintain production records, material records, and daily work reports.
• Ensure proper utilisation of materials and minimise wastage.
• Coordinate with the design and sales teams regarding production requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks before dispatch.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and safety within the factory.
• Follow up on pending jobs and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in factory supervision, furniture manufacturing, interior production, modular kitchen/wardrobe, or a related industry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to manage workers and multiple production activities simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates from the interior, furniture, modular kitchen, wardrobe, or wooden door industry will be preferred.
