Factory Supervisor

**FACTORY SUPERVISOR (**Omole Phase 1, Ogba, Lagos)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, supervise factory workers, and ensure that production targets, product quality, and operational standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate must have a science-related educational background and demonstrable previous experience in production or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory production activities.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and achievement of production targets.
• Allocate duties to factory workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor raw materials, equipment, and production resources to minimise waste.
• Enforce workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and staff attendance records.
• Identify production challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Prepare regular production reports for management.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of factory equipment.
• Maintain an organised and productive factory environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a science-related discipline.
• Previous work experience in production or manufacturing is compulsory.
• Practical knowledge of production processes and factory operations.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise workers and manage daily production activities effectively.
• Good communication, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule and Remuneration

• Workdays: Monday to Saturday
• Salary: ₦130,000 per month
