We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Factory Supervisor who can manage factory workers, ensure tasks are completed on time, and maintain a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage factory labor.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor work in packing, filling, and inventory departments.
• Maintain discipline and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with management to resolve workflow issues.

Requirements

• Matric / Intermediate preferred.
• Prior experience supervising factory workers or labor is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to manage workers effectively.

Location: Korangi, Karachi
Duty Timings: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
