We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team in Noida.
Position: Factory Supervisor
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 5 - 7 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Electrical
Salary: 5 - 7 LPA
Industry: Electrical Panel Manufacturing
Key Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in electrical panel production/manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in HT/LT Panels, Control Panels, PCC/MCC, VFD Panels & Switchgear.
- Production planning and daily production target monitoring.
- Shop-floor manpower handling and work allocation.
- Knowledge of electrical panel assembly, wiring and testing.
- Coordination with Quality, Stores, Purchase & Maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety and quality practices.
- Ability to manage day-to-day shop-floor operations.
