Venture Circle International is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team in Sanford, Florida.

We currently have openings in three different production areas:

• Decorative Frame Assembly
• Glass / Mirror Cutting
• Pallet Building / Shipping Support

Applicants will be considered for the position that best matches their experience, skills, and interests.

Decorative Frame Assembly

This position is responsible for assembling decorative mirror frames and finished products according to company specifications and quality standards.

Ideal candidates should be comfortable working with their hands, using basic tools, following measurements, and paying close attention to detail. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, cabinetry, picture framing, or a similar hands-on environment is helpful but not required.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys building products, working with their hands, and seeing a finished product come together.

Glass / Mirror Cutter

This position is responsible for cutting mirror and glass to the correct dimensions for customer orders and production needs.

Candidates must be comfortable working around large sheets of glass and mirror and must be able to accurately read measurements and follow established safety procedures.

Responsibilities include preparing materials for cutting, following production paperwork, checking dimensions, inspecting finished pieces for quality, and safely moving glass through the production process.

Previous glass or mirror cutting experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with strong measuring skills and related manufacturing experience may also be considered.

Pallet Builder / Shipping Support

This position is responsible for building wood pallets, crates, and other packaging used to safely transport mirrors, glass, and finished products.

The job includes measuring and cutting lumber, assembling pallets and crates, and using tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, and other basic woodworking equipment.

Previous experience in pallet building, carpentry, construction, crating, shipping, or woodworking is preferred.

This is a hands-on, physical position that is ideal for someone who is comfortable using tools and enjoys building things.

• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and materials

• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures

Manufacturing Experience

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, assembly, woodworking, construction, glass, shipping, or a similar environment is preferred but is not required for every position.

We are willing to consider candidates who have strong mechanical ability, good measuring skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
