Faculty - Generative & Agentic AI

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI & Agentic AI Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented classroom training to students, freshers, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and Python programming, along with excellent communication skills and mandatory prior experience in conducting face-to-face classroom training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct instructor-led classroom training sessions on Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
• Explain Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI application development.
• Provide hands-on training in Python programming and AI/ML fundamentals.
• Train learners to build AI-powered applications using APIs from leading LLM providers.
• Teach AI agent development, tool calling, workflow automation, and multi-agent systems.
• Provide practical exposure to frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Guide trainees in developing chatbots, AI assistants, RAG-based applications, and autonomous AI agent projects.
• Demonstrate vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and document retrieval techniques.
• Prepare course materials, presentations, coding exercises, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance and feedback.
• Explain responsible AI practices, security considerations, evaluation, and deployment of AI applications.
• Maintain training attendance, learner progress, and assessment reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Proficiency in Python programming and API integration.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and AI agents.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
• Understanding of function calling, tool integration, agent workflows, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Basic understanding of machine learning, NLP, and deep learning concepts.
• Mandatory: Prior experience in offline classroom training or instructor-led technical training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts through practical demonstrations and real-world use cases.

Mandatory Requirements

• Previous experience as a Generative AI Trainer, AI/ML Trainer, Python Trainer, Technical Trainer, or AI Faculty Member.
• Proven experience conducting face-to-face classroom training sessions.
• Practical experience developing Generative AI applications and Agentic AI solutions.
• Ability to conduct live coding sessions, hands-on labs, and project-based learning.
• Experience handling classroom batches and supporting learners with different skill levels.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
