Job Title: Faculty – Computing

Department: Computing / Information Technology

Job Summary:
The Faculty – Computing is responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction in computer science and computing-related subjects. The role includes lesson planning, classroom teaching, laboratory training, student mentoring, assessment, and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach computing and computer science subjects according to the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Conduct practical sessions and laboratory classes.
• Teach topics such as programming, database management, computer networks, operating systems, web development, software engineering, and basic cybersecurity.
• Guide students in projects, assignments, presentations, and practical activities.
• Conduct examinations, assessments, quizzes, and evaluate student performance.
• Maintain attendance, academic records, internal assessment records, and other documentation.
• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
• Support students in developing programming, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Stay updated with current developments and emerging technologies in computing.
• Organize workshops, seminars, technical sessions, and other academic activities.
• Assist in curriculum development and improvement of teaching methodologies.
• Maintain discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative team regarding student and departmental activities.
• Perform other academic duties assigned by the management or Head of Department.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of computing fundamentals and programming concepts.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Teaching or industry experience in the relevant field will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
