Faculty Information Systems Implementation Consultant

AlphaGov is engaging a Faculty Information Systems Implementation Consultant for current higher-education work. A public university is procuring a faculty information system for activity reporting, annual reviews, and electronic promotion and tenure dossiers.

We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.

What you'll do

• Map faculty activity reporting, annual review, and promotion & tenure processes
• Configure FIS platforms and integrations with SIS/HRIS
• Plan data migration and reporting for accreditation
• Train faculty and administrators
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements

Required

• At least 5 years of professional experience implementing faculty information systems in higher education
• Experience with Watermark Faculty Success, Interfolio, Elements, or similar
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant

Nice to have

• Accreditation reporting (SACSCOC) experience
• Academic affairs background
• Integration with Banner or Workday
