We are looking for motivated Faculty Recruitment Executives who can source, screen, and coordinate qualified teaching professionals for educational institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit faculty for IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation, CBSE, and other academic programs.
• Source Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and other subject teachers.
• Find candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and verify qualifications and teaching experience.
• Coordinate interviews between faculty members and educational institutions.
• Maintain candidate databases and follow up until successful joining.
• Handle faculty recruitment requirements across India.
• Attractive commission for every successful faculty placement.
• Performance-based earning opportunities.
• Earnings depend on successful placements.
• Commission amount and payment terms will be discussed during selection.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of faculty recruitment.
