Faculty Staff

 Directly reporting to the construction manager for overall coordination and monitoring of project facilities.

 Supervising Staff:

Directing, training, and evaluating the performance of maintenance and custodial staff.

 Managing Maintenance:

Overseeing daily maintenance and repair activities, developing preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for facility services.

 Ensuring Safety and Security:

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, managing security systems, and responding to facility-related

emergencies.

 Overseeing Operations:

Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all facility systems and equipment.

 Coordinating Projects:

Managing facility upgrades, renovations, and space planning projects.

 Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment.

 Developing Procedures:

Creating and implementing policies and procedures for facility operations and maintenance.

 Emergency Response:

Responding promptly and effectively to facility-related emergencies and issues.

 Space Management:

Managing the allocation and utilization of space within the facility, including conference rooms, common areas, and office spaces.

 Continuous Improvement:

Identifying opportunities for improvement in facility operations and maintenance and implementing solutions.

 Discipline and Conflict Resolution:

Handling disciplinary issues, implementation of rules ,resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances among residents.
